the hotel is just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants (it's really convenient). the room was clean and had air conditioning. breakfast had a good selection of hot food like bacon and eggs.
the pool was shaded and too cold to use. the receptionist was rude when i asked for ice, she wanted me to buy a bag. no shampoo was provided in the room.

The room was not adequately cleaned upon arrival. The toilet was soiled. the furniture was so outdated in the room. the dining area upholstery was covered in stains.

I found the location excellent. It was close enough to the center, yet still quiet. The hotel kept everything CLEAN and tidy. The staff seemed nice, and the breakfast tasted delicious. My room felt really quiet. Everything was nearby.
The pool felt VERY cold!!! Guests could not take a bath.

the hotel is a short walk from the promenade. it is well-supplied with shops and restaurants. i stayed in a double room. cleaning was very good. i found the staff helpful. they spoke english well. the location is ideal for evening walks and access to shops during the day. it's an easy walk to benalmadena port. the hotel is adults only. the bar area overlooks the pool, it is good for talking with other guests over coffee or wine. the staff were friendly in the canteen and bar. cleaning staff took care not to bother me while i was in the room. they always seemed to clean when i was out. the breakfast was good and closed at a reasonable time. it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The room was clean and modern. It had all necessary items. The breakfast had many selections. Pastries were amazing. All staff was attentive, with the exception of one person at the bar. Other staff members happily accommodated my needs. Mario's on the front desk was always happy to help.
The pool felt cold and shaded. I did not use it. The beach was nearby so the pool was not important.
